Shipping Policy – The Atelier Co

The Atelier Co offers manufacturer-direct dropshipping on high-end soft furnishings from approved partners including Hooker Furniture and Surya. We do not warehouse inventory. When you place an order, we arrange fulfillment directly with the manufacturer, who ships to you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item size, weight, and your location. Large furniture pieces typically ship via freight or white-glove delivery. Smaller accessories may ship via standard carriers. Exact rates appear during checkout.

Delivery Times

Lead times vary by manufacturer and item. Most in-stock pieces ship within 1–3 weeks after order confirmation. Made-to-order or special finishes may take longer. You will receive tracking information once the manufacturer ships your order.

White Glove / In-Home Delivery

Available for select large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal where offered by the manufacturer. Details are confirmed after order placement.
