Shipping

The Atelier Co ships furniture and home furnishings primarily through brand partners and freight carriers. Most Hooker Furniture and Surya items ship directly from the manufacturer (dropship) to your delivery address.

Processing times

In-stock items typically leave the warehouse within 5–15 business days. Made-to-order, custom, or backordered pieces may take longer. We will share estimated ship dates after your order is confirmed with the manufacturer.

Delivery methods

Parcel / small package: Select accessories, pillows, and smaller items may ship via standard ground carriers.
Furniture freight: Large furniture usually ships via specialized furniture freight. White-glove or threshold delivery options may be available depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs

Complimentary White-Glove Delivery on orders of $2,500 or more (in-home delivery, placement and packaging removal).
Curbside Freight Delivery: $199 flat for orders from $300 to $2,499.99.
Standard Delivery: $25 for orders under $300 (decor, pillows and smaller items).

Rates apply to deliveries within the United States.

Delivery appointments

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone should be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Damaged or incomplete shipments

Please inspect packaging and items on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us at mauri@atelierofdesignco.com or +1 941-441-5796 within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the claim with the carrier or manufacturer.
