Products and pricing
We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Colors and finishes can vary by screen and by natural materials. We may correct errors, update pricing, or cancel orders placed with incorrect information, and we will notify you if that happens.
Orders
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not a final acceptance until we confirm availability with our manufacturers. Some items ship directly from brand partners (dropship).
Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless we arrange otherwise. We use Shopify and its payment partners to process transactions securely.
Shipping and returns
Shipping, freight, returns, and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Furniture freight delivery may require an appointment and inspection at delivery.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product imagery (except where owned by manufacturers) are protected. You may not copy or reuse our materials without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Atelier Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchases. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
